So recently I have learned that kids need to go on their own little adventures! As you can see from the pictures below that on those days that my house gets torn apart and basically destroyed, I need to know that my kids are using their imaginations and that they too have been cooped up all winter and need something to do. ( I just have to make them help me pick it all up when they are finished!) I also am so grateful that my kids love to read books. We went to my friends book party and the kids loved to books that they were able to bring home that they fell asleep with them. I love my kids and I love that they are creative and that they love to learn about new things, I just need to be more open and not so concerned about the mess all the time!

Kim, It was so good to hear from you! Your kids are adorable! I so agree with you about worrying about the mess--sometimes I think I hinder their play b/c I'm so worried about picking up after them. Good thing they usually find a way around that...
