Well just to recap a few things that have happened over the past little while, Jed and I were able to go out on a quite the date. On Thursday February 26th Jed called me from work and asked me why we weren't going to the Rascal Flatts concert that was that night. I said I don't know! Maybe because we didn't plan to and we don't have tickets! Minor details right? Anyway to make a long story short we were able to get pretty good tickets last minute and then to my surprise Jed took me to dinner to a very nice steakhouse called Spencers. It was amazing!!! If you know me I love and would most likely never turn down a good steak! Then to top off the night Rascal Flatts was amazing! I love all of their songs and so when a band doesn't have many, if any bad songs it makes for a great concert! Thanks love, it was a great night and I was so grateful to spend it with you!
I love that my baby (even though he is a year old now) still loves to cuddle with me and will fall asleep on me! It just doesn't get much better than that! So I take advantage of this whenever I get the chance.
It was a tradition in my family to have balloons outside of the house for everyone to see that it was your birthday. My mom always did this for me and my brothers and so I thought it would be something fun to do for my kids and even though it is a small thing, they think it is so fun and they have a good time picking out their balloons!

So... all good things must come to an end and so a week or so went by and that hight float was some serious high float because they were still floating and so we decided to let the balloons go. This was the first time that I let the kids do this because usually they get mad at me when I let them go that I have to do it secretly just to get them out of the house! ( That sounds so mean when you put it into words.)

Halie and Gavin thought that it would be fun to have a race with their balloons to see what balloon would go fastest up past the trees! As you can tell by the looks on their faces they enjoyed this new found game!

Grady was very entertained and just laughed when Halie and Gavin would laugh and get all excited!!!
Here is my Mom and Dad with my nephew Kaysen! Just hangin' out!
Little Kaysen is growing so fast is getting some chunky cheeks and ya gotta love em!
Halie loves to hold Kaysen and love on him as much as we will let her!
We had a very productive Saturday when the weather was nice. My Dad has been so good to us and has been working on a shed for us to put all of our, lets be honest, all of our CRAP in! He is getting close to having it done and I can't wait to utilize it!

I have a feeling that Grady is going to love the warm weather and being outside! As you can tell by the expression on his face, he thoroughly enjoys the outdoors!
Boys will be boys, and lets just say that my boys are ALL BOY! Gavin loves anything outside and that has to do with a ball so when you put the two together his is in heaven! I think that he will pass that love on to Grady so that he has someone to play with! Grady loved rolling the ball to Gav on the driveway while we were doing our "outside chores."
