The 4th of July!

The Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays!
If you can't tell by how we are all dressed in our
RED, WHITE, & BLUE!
We don't do anything extreme on the the fourth
but the traditional BBQ and fireworks.
Our BBQ was at my parents house, we had my mom's
side of the family come over this year and it was fun to
be with everyone. We always like to watch for the F16
fighter jets that fly over the stadium of fire. This year was
really neat they came right over my mom's house and
they came slow enough that we could see them really good.
It was way cool!

After dinner we went over to Thanksgiving Point for their
Fireworks! Wow, if we would have known that our kids would
be as scared of them as they were we would have stayed farther
away. We did have a good spot that was right under them and
between the loud noise they make and the kids thinking that
they were going to fall on them, lets just say that we left early.
As we left we stop ed and the kids did like seeing them from
a distance and so in the end they did like them somewhat and
we did beat the traffic jam afterwards.


Halie, Gavin, & Grady looked so cute in their patriotic outfits!
I am so grateful for our Freedom and our Country!
Wow, it is so hard these days to get a good family picture.
To get all three kids to smile is a joke and to even get them
to look is hard enough.
Oh well, I still thought this was a cute picture.
